Deccie's Hot Sauce is confident in the quality of his products .So much so that if we are unable to resolve your complaint or assist you further, we will be happy to process a refund with no need to return the product to us. Refund offer applies to one off refund per customer.

REFUND POLICY PROCESS:

• Notify Deccie's Hot sauce within 7 days of purchase and provide a valid reason. Please reach out in the Contact Us section located on our home page.
• Your refund will be processed promptly by the same payment method used upon placement of order.
• All refunds are made at the discretion of Deccie's Hot Sauce.
